Payments

Custom orders require a 75% non-refundable deposit to secure your date; orders are not confirmed until this is received. The remaining balance is due in full before pickup or delivery. We accept common digital payment methods and credit cards.

For non-custom orders 100% payment is due at time of order.

Cancellations & Refunds

I understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your order, please let me know as soon as possible. Because my custom designs require significant preparation time and ingredient sourcing, initial deposits are non-refundable once ingredients or specific decorations have been purchased for your bake.

Bakery Emergencies

While it is rare, if SpestBakes must cancel an order due to an unforeseen emergency, I will notify you immediately. In these instances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including your deposit. I will also do my best to recommend another artist who might be able to help.

Allergies & Dietary Info

At SpestBakes, I take your safety seriously. Please note that treats are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens. While strict hygiene standards are followed, I cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

I work with gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts.
Shared equipment means cross-contamination is a possibility.
Customers must clearly share any allergies when placing an order.

Mandatory Disclosure: Please ensure all specific allergies or dietary restrictions are shared with me in writing during the ordering process.

We love seeing what inspires you! Please understand that any photos provided serve as a creative guide only. I do not create exact replicas of other artists' work. Final designs, colors, and specific details will involve our artistic judgment to ensure your bake is uniquely SpestBakes.

Refunds, Returns & Refrigeration

Your satisfaction is key. If there is an issue, please contact me within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with a description and photos of the concern. Please note: cakes, cupcakes, and puddings must be refrigerated as directed. SpestBakes is not responsible for any damage or quality loss once the items leave our care or if storage instructions are not followed.
