How to Order SpestBakes
Ordering custom treats should be as sweet as the bakes themselves. From initial inquiry to the final delivery, I've outlined everything you need to know about our process, timing, and policies below.
Order Lead Times
I recommend at least a 2-week notice for all custom orders. For large events or weddings, booking 1-2 months in advance ensures your date is secured on our calendar.
Delivery Area
I proudly deliver throughout the Hampton Roads region, including Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Chesapeake. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from our studio.
Pick-up Information
Scheduled pick-ups are available from 1200 Fredericks Blvd. I ask that customers arrive within their selected 30-minute window to ensure freshness and dedicated service.
Deposits
To secure your date, a 75% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking depending on order. Your order is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the pickup date may apply their deposit as credit for a future order. No-shows or late cancellations forfeit the deposit.
Payment Methods
We currently accept payments via Zelle, CashApp, and all major credit cards through our secure invoicing system. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to delivery.
